Citrus Chicken & Feta Caesar Salad

Chicken strips, cooked
6 c. torn romaine lettuce
1 pkg. crumbled Feta cheese

1/2 c. sliced red onion
1/4 c. olive oil
3 T. orange juice conc.
1 T. white wine vinegar
2 t. chopped green onion
1/2 c. orange bell pepper, cut into rings ½

Toss chicken, lettuce, cheese, onion and pepper in a serving bowl, Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over salad, toss lightly. Makes 6 servings.
