Black Bean Salsa Chicken

This recipe is FABULOUS. If you want a tastier (and less healthy) alternative, serve in fried corn tortillas crisp enough to fold, but not too crisp...

Ingredients
2-4 chicken breasts
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup salsa
1 can corn, drained
1 package taco seasoning
1 can black beans, drained
½ cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preparations
Place chicken in greased slow cooker.
Pour broth, salsa, corn, beans, and taco seasoning over chicken.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
Remove chicken and shred then return to sauce.
Stir sour cream and cheese into sauce.
Serve in tortillas or freeze in bags.

To Cook
Thaw in fridge, then heat in pot on stove until hot.
Serve in tortillas
