Here is another ONE PAN meal. LOVE IT!!!! And guess what...some of my kids actually liked the potatoes. Another miracle. They don't love potatoes which I just can't figure out. I'm a Idaho girl and love potatoes. My kids don't like them. But I keep trying to get them to love potatoes like me. This is an easy meal to prepare...and guess what?! My favorite - only 1 pan used to make it!!! YAHOO!
