Cafe Rio Cilantro Lime Rice

3 c water
4 t chicken bouillon
4 t garlic –minced
½ bunch cilantro
1 can green chilies—or equivalent fresh
¾ t salt
1 T butter
½ onion
1 1/2 c rice



Put all ingredients but rice in blender and puree! Then stir in that mixture in your pot with the rice. Bring to boil. Simmer, covered, for about 25 minutes.
