Mom's Stroganoff

1 lb. round steak, pieces
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 tsp. tobassco sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. sour cream
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Cooked rice.

Throw all the ingredients in crockpot for 7-8 hours on low. Optional to brown the steak in flour before adding, which I usually skip. Sometimes to make it go farther I add one more of each soup and more sour cream.
Serve on top of rice.

This was good! So simple and yummy! I'm with Tonya and doubling the cans of soup. I made it and with 4 adults and 2 kids that don't eat much - it was all gone. So if you want extras - double the soups!
